TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE :

By bidding and purchasing our items, you agree to these terms. Please note that eBay rules state that the onus is upon the buyer to read and be aware of the seller’s terms of sale before bidding.

 

ITEM DESCRIPTION :

It is important to read the description fully before bidding. We give a 100% guarantee that we try to describe our items as accurately as possible. If the description that we have given is inaccurate or the photograph is misleading please contact us by email at anytime during the auction. Any queries before bidding or buying also contact us, and will always be happy to provide the relevant information.

 

PAYMENT :

UK Bidders:

• Pay Pal, personal cheque, postal orders.
• Personal cheques are held for clearance for 5 – 7 working days.
• Credit Cards can only be accepted through PAYPAL

 

International bidders:

• Pay Pal only.

 

Payments must be received within 7 days. If you cannot meet these terms please contact us to explain the problem. If you do not contact us within this time we reserve the right to re-list the item, and report failed transaction to eBay.

 

POSTAGE / PACKING :

We will ship to most countries in the world. However, we reserve the right to restrict the forms of payment we are prepared to accept and to vary other trading terms when dealing with certain areas as a precaution against credit card fraud.

We ship within 72hours from receipt of cleared payment.

UK SHIPPING: all items mailed first class, standard parcels and parcel force unless otherwise stated or agreed.

Special care is taken when wrapping and packing every item whether large or small.

All our items are professionally & carefully packed and dispatched.

Our postage fees are not only based on postage prices, but include the cost of packing materials.

Boxes, reused are used to keep costs down, but on many occasions new ones are bought for plates and special sizes.

The fee includes at all times bought in bubble wrap, parcel wrap, polystyrene packing kernels, (loose fill) and parcel tape.

We try to ensure that your items arrive safely; this is what we charge for.

This is how you should expect your parcel to arrive.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING :

We use Airmail, and Airsure International signed for more expensive items.

Our charges Postage fees are Actual Postage Cost plus cost of packing material.

Boxes, reused are used to keep costs down, but on occasions new ones are bought for plates and special sizes.

The fee includes at all times bought in bubble wrap, parcel wrap, polystyrene packing kernels, (loose fill) and parcel tape, and always lots of TLC. We take personal pride in the items we sell; therefore we want your item to reach you in good condition.

We are happy to combine shipping on multiple wins, but shipping costs for single items are strictly non-negotiable. These are clearly set out on every auction.

 

DAMAGE AND LOSS :

We obtain proof of posting for ALL items, and tracking documents for more expensive parcels. We will investigate lost items. After 4 weeks from the date of posting an item has not been delivered and investigation will be carried out. When the investigation has been concluded satisfactorily with the carrier concerned, we will refund or replace if possible.
However, we cannot be held responsible for any breakage or damage which occurs whilst items are in transit. Responsibility will be between the purchaser and the carrier.

Items are automatically covered for loss with compensation of up to £39.
This does not however cover for breakage or damage whilst in transit; this is why we wrap well.

 

WITHDRAWAL OF ITEMS :

We reserve the right to withdraw certain items from sale if they are accidentally incorrect in description, and other items may be subject to being sold elsewhere.

 

REFUNDS / RETURNS :

If we inadvertently describe an item wrongly, which means that it is SUBSTANTIALLY not as described, please contact me within 3 days of receipt and we will work with you to agree a mutually agreeable solution.

 

FEEDBACK :

Please note that we strongly support the eBay feedback system.
If after purchase anything is inaccurate or was misleading in any way, we will rectify the situation.
We would like to keep my customers 100% satisfied and confident to keep returning to our auctions.
Please do contact us if you have a problem before leaving negative or neutral feedback, an item worth £1.99 or £299.00 will receive the same prompt attention regarding rectifying the situation.
Appropriate feedback is always left on receipt of buyers
All paperwork received from a sale is shredded for privacy, and prevention of fraud.
