Packing and Posting your Bits 'n' Pots

PACKING SERVICE :

All our items are professional cleaned; each piece is individually wrapped with plenty of bubble wrap.

New and occasionally reused strong boxes are used to ship goods. Special sized boxes are used to prevent extra weight and an extra charge in postage, this keeps more secure.

Loose fill polystyrene chippings fill the parcels to provide extra protection.

Well wrapped with tape and fragile tape...

 

Plenty of loose fill polystyrene chipping...

 

All items individually wrapped in bubble wrap...

 

POSTAGE SERVICE :

All paid items will be shipped within 72 hours.

 

We will notify you by email that your items have left us, and the tracking number if applicable.

 

We obtain proof of posting for ALL items, and tracking documents for more expensive parcels. We will investigate lost items. After 4 weeks from the date of posting an item has not been delivered, an investigation will be carried out. When the investigation has been concluded satisfactorily with the carrier concerned, we will refund or replace if possible.

 

However, we cannot be held responsible for any breakage or damage which occurs whilst items are in transit. Responsibility will be between the purchaser and the carrier.
